EVENT INFORMATION

The Bali International Airshow 2024 will be held from 18 – 21 September 2024 at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali, Indonesia.

The Bali Airshow 2024 will take place from September 18th to 21st, 2024. The first three days (September 18th–20th) are for trade visitors, with the show on September 18th opening to trade visitors at 11:00 AM. The event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from September 19th to 21st. Daily flying displays are scheduled at 9:30–9:50 AM, 10:30–10:50 AM, 12:30–12:50 PM, and 3:30–3:50 PM, except on September 18th when the first show starts at 10:30 AM. On September 21st, the show opens to the public.

The Bali International Airshow welcomes the public on September 21st, 2024. However, from September 18th to September 20th, 2024, entry is reserved for industry professionals who must present an entry pass. Please be aware that attendees under 16 years old are not permitted on trade days. Business attire or national dress is mandatory for trade days.

The comprehensive list of aircraft on display will be made available closer to the show date. We are pleased to inform you that the static display will be accessible to all registered attendees.

The flying display is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM daily. Please note that the timing of the flying display is subject to change.

The Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner are exclusively by invitation. However, there may be a limited number of tickets available for purchase exclusively for exhibitors, based on availability.

REGISTRATION

Trade registration is now open! Ensure your participation by securing your spot today. From now till 30 April 2024, you will gain access to our early bird pricing. Visit the "Visit" section and click on "Get Your Trade Pass" to guarantee your place at this premier event.

Take advantage of our Early Bird pricing with rates starting at US$35 for a 1-Day ticket and US$90 for a 3-day ticket. Once the early bird period concludes on 30 April 2024, the Standard rates will be US$40 for a 1-Day ticket and US$100 for a 3-day ticket, inclusive of prevailing taxes. Visit the "Visit" section and click on "Get Your Trade Pass" to guarantee your place at this premier event.

Yes, you can attend the event without a trade invitation. Simply follow the registration process and proceed with payment.

Onsite registration and visitor ticket sales are not available. We kindly request all visitors to complete their registration online here and print their badges at home before arriving at the venue.

To streamline your experience, we recommend online registration in advance of the event since onsite registration and ticket sales will not be available. Once registered, please remember to bring a colour-printed copy of your at-home badge on A4 paper when you come to the venue. For your convenience, badge holders and lanyards will be accessible and distributed at various locations onsite.
